Derby weekend is four days of early mornings and late nights. The building gives the group a place to gather before the track and a place to land after, without a lobby between them. Everyone has their own room. Nobody has to text the group to find out where everyone is.
Every floor has its own lounges and bar-kitchenettes. Check-in is contactless. The address is one block from the Kentucky International Convention Center and a 12-minute car ride to Churchill Downs.
